The house features a heated pool measuring 10 m², which you are free to use. The pool is equipped with a safety cover, and it is the tenant's responsibility to cover the pool when not in use to ensure safety. We disclaim any responsibility in case of an accident.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer no later than one week before your arrival. A security deposit of €2000, payable by check, will be collected upon arrival. This check will be returned to you within five days after your departure. In the event of damages noted at check-out, the security deposit check will be cashed. Please note that cancellations made less than one month before the rental date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Cleaning

Bed linens are provided during your stay, along with household linen (dish towels and bath towels). Upon your departure, please gather all the linen and place it in a bundle in a corner to facilitate the cleaning of the premises.

Pets
Pets are allowed.
Pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed during your stay. However, guests are requested to clean up any waste left in the indoor or outdoor areas of the property upon departure. Any damages or deterioration of the accommodation, furniture, or items within the property caused by the guest's pet will be deducted from the security deposit.
